- Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm for the call center by calling 814-371-5650 or in person by appointment); * Due to recent staffing changes please call to verify staff is available at the office before traveling to the office.
Paperwork that needs to be dropped off can be deposited in the mailbox next to the entrance door of the Council Service Center, if the Service Center is closed.
