Event Updates

 

At this time, the following events have been cancelled or postponed:

  • Area 4 National Camp Assessor Program Training (March 14, 2020 at Camp Mountain Run) – this event will be postponed.  Additional information will be available from the Area 4 committee in the near future.
  • Spring Camporee with Merit Badges (March 27-29, 2020 at Parker Dam) – this event will be cancelled.
  • Scouts BSA Adventure Weekend (March 27-29, 2020 at Parker Dam) – this  event will be cancelled.
  • Area Conclave Training (March 20-22, 2020 at Camp Bucoco) – this event will be cancelled.
  • Scouts BSA Adventure Weekend (March 27-29, 2020 at Parker Dam) – this event will be cancelled.
  • Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (April 3-4, 2020) – this event is postponed.
  • Pack 40’s Cubmobile Workshop (April 4, 2020) – will be cancelled.
  • Allegheny Laurels District and Commissioner Meeting (April 9, 2020) – will be held as a Zoom meeting.
  • Pre-Camp Leader Meeting (April 15, 2020) – will be held as a Zoom meeting.
  • Area 4 Venturing Quad (April 17-19, 2020) – this event will be cancelled.
  • Camp Staff Specialized Training (April 24-26, 2020 at Camp Mountain Run) – this event will be cancelled.
  • Troop 27’s Fishing Derby (April 25, 2020 at Camp Mountain Run) – this event will be postponed.
  • Spirits at Mountain Run (May 2, 2020 at Camp Mountain Run) – this event will be postponed to September 12, 2020.
  • Council Program Committee meeting (May 6, 2020) – will be held as a Zoom meeting.
  • Allegheny Laurels District Committee and Commissioner meeting (May 14, 2020) – will he held as a Zoom meeting.
  • OA Spring Ordeal (May 15-17, 2020) – has been cancelled.
  • Council Annual Meeting (May 18, 2020) – this event is postponed until Monday, July 20, 2020.
  • Pack 40’s Cubmobile (May 31, 2020 – this event is postponed.
  • OA Section 4A Conclave (June 11-13,2020) – will be postponed.
  • Cub Scout Day Camp (June 18-19, 2020) – this event will be cancelled.  Check out the Cub Scout Survivor program.
  • Cub Scout Resident Camp (June 20-23, 2020 at Camp Mountain) – this event will be cancelled.  Check out the Cub Scout Survivor program.
  • Scouts BSA Summer Camp (June 28 – July 25, 2020 at Camp Mountain) – this event will be cancelled.  Check out the Area 4 Super Camp program.
  • National Exploring Conference (July 13-17, 2020) – this event will be cancelled.
  • National Order of the Arrow Conference (August 3-8, 2020) – has been cancelled.
